During your Initial Visit, we will go in depth with your pregnancy, health history and goals. Follow-up visits are also thorough and intentionally created to ensure we are pinpointing the best nutritional support for you and your developing little one.

Nutrition needs are different depending on your body, stressors, environment, lifestyle, and genetics. So we curate a personalized food-based supplement protocol to build up your body during your pregnancy and postpartum months.

You will receive valuable resources, tips, and food suggestions that specifically support you during each trimester. No more random internet searching - we’ve got you covered with the ins and outs of all trimesters!

Post-birth, we continue on the journey with you (if we are invited!). Should you need guidance on food or symptom-related questions for you and your baby, we are there for you!
